Beautifully furnished with a cozy lowcountry feel! It sits on a quiet street only a few blocks from East Bay Park with amazing views of the Great Pee Dee and Sampit Rivers where you can play tennis, bike, walk or put your boat in the water. Boutique shopping and quaint restaurants where you can dine on the waterfront along Front Street downtown, are all within walking distance. The home is newly updated with a full bathroom shared between a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. With a pullout sofa, it sleeps up to six, making it perfect for a family, fishing partners or friends vacationing together. All bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, pots & pans, cutlery, and cookware, along with access to front loading washer & dryer. Relax outback with bistro set for dining or enjoying the outdoors. We brought a boat with us. It is an 18 foot bay boat with our Ford F150 - we were able to fit in the lane with a few feet to spare. The hosts let us know there was a faucet to rinse off the boat after our fishing adventures. There is lots of hot water and AC - two VERY important things for me. The kitchen is small, but very functional. The fridge and stove are high end. There is a microwave, and coffee maker as well. Off the kitchen is a washer/dryer - which is handy for emergency laundry needs. (But let's be real who wants to do laundry on vacation? Not me)!!! There is two bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed. The linens and bed are comfy. There is another room with 2, twin sized beds. In addition to that - there is a pull out sofa in the two living areas. The bathroom was updated and there was lots of hot water. PLUS!!! There is a yard, it was too hot for us to sit out, but it's available. There are ceiling fans for comfort and air circulation. It was perfect for a couple, but could easily and comfortably hold 4\. There is a sofa bed that you could have 6 - but admittedly 6 adults would make it REALLY cosy.... it was awesome for us. I really have no criticisms. Check in/check out was flawless. Great communication. VERY clean property. Great location. It had everything we wanted/needed. Perfect getaway to Geogetown. We were fortunate to find this home to rent on our first visit to Georgetown & Pauley’s Island! The hime is in a quiet tree lined street, only minutes from downtown Georgetown. Host was very responsive and helpful!
