The yard space was fenced on three sides good for the dogs there was a leash rule in place for the complex and every one did keep their pets on a leash.But the dogs in the neighborhood were not on leashes and they were big dogs (German Shepards,rotaries,) and they didn’t appear to be friendly so dog walks were always short and close to the door.
