"Lovely,well equipped apartment in the centre of a beautiful but very small quaint old village. We arrived Sunday afternoon only to find village deserted, plus local shop & Restaurant closed. Everything also closed on a Monday except the chemist, so if going at a weekend you need to be well stocked up. We were also very disappointed on arrival to find out we were not permitted access to the pool which was listed in the facilities and shown in the opening photo advertising the apartment. We were...

"We had a very nice stay at Claude and Myriam's. They were friendly and very welcoming and had plenty of suggestions for the area. Wineries are all within a short drive from the property. The one downside is the main sitting area isn't very big. While there is a patio table outside, when it was raining, the inside felt a little cramped. Would recommend for a short stay in the area."

"Wonderful location, beautiful panoramic views from terrace and livingl room. Fabrice provided a welcome bottle of his rose wine, nicely chilled. Local people made us very welcome. Just one thing. We would have found the property better had "Les Vignes" been included in the address."

"Only 2 of us so plenty of space. 40 min walk along the river into Bergerac, pleasant if weather good. Loved seeing the hosts cats playing in the garden."

"Very creative way that this apartment was designed. We were happy with everything. One small exception. No laundry soap. That should always be provided so that the renters do not use the wrong product in the owner's machine. We are on a two-month European Vacation and we must do laundry. Perfect location for exploring the area. Don't forget to try the Pécharmant."

"Lovely apartment, beautifully renovated with loads of character. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. It is a bit difficult getting up the stairs with luggage. The building is on a tiny side street, and can be a bit difficult to find, and parking is tricky, very narrow, awkward place to park a larger vehicle. There is a large damage deposit required. (I left the apartment clean and tidy, but haven't received the refund yet)"

"Comfortable accommodations and breakfast in the backyard was very pleasant. Claude was extremely helpful in orienting us with Saint Emilion with helpful hints on driving the area as well as restaurants to visit."
