"When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision."

I called to put In a food order and I was put on hold for a very long time, I can tired of waiting, so I just hung up and drove to get something to eat, other than everything else was excellent."

"The room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. The bar and grill are great to have on property. Our waitress Nicole was the BEST!! The hallways need some brightening up, feel a bit old."
