The spacious house is very comfortable , warm and relaxing setting with 5 bedrooms,4 bed rooms on 2nd floor and 1 bedroom on first floor. 2.5 baths.

Your master has 1 King bed. Has it’s own extra-large bath with a luxurious jetted soaking tub and shower, private toilet area, and Large walking closets .2nd bed room has beautiful and comfortable 2 twin beds .3nd bedroom has a roomy queen-bed and T.V. 4th bed room has stylish daybed with a trundle bed under( twin size pull out bed) . Hall way of upstairs has a full bathroom with tub/shower .5th bedroom( down stairs 1st floor) has a cozytwin bed next to a 1/2 bath room.

The kitchen has a functional layout with coffee station. Open dining area and extended toward the living room. Living room has 2 sofas and a large T.V. Next to kitchen is a separate-dining room where you can enjoy a great meal together.. Get the best of both floorings with stylish hardwood on the first level and carpeting in bedrooms.

In the back, the yard is fenced in and surrounded by trees for privacy.

Geneva is a popular tourist destination with its scenic location along the Fox River and numerous shops and restaurants. There is an extensive bike trail system in Geneva including portions of the Fox River Trail and the Illinois Prairie Path. Geneva has an active historical society, the Geneva History Center, located in downtown Geneva as well as the Fabyan Windmill, an old Dutch windmill dating back to the 1850s. In 2013 it was nominated by Bloomberg Business Week as the best place to raise a kid in Illinois. The Pristine property is located 1/4 mile west of Geneva commons where there are a lot of great shops and restaurants. Meijer Grocery stores and Fresh Market Grocery is just minutes away. 2 miles from down town geneva and 21/2 miles to train station to Chicago hubs. 1/4 miles from Kane County Biggest Flea Market. 3 miles from the famous Arcada theater in St. Charles. The property has access to bike path and walking trail near by. A quiet neighborhood . Walking Distance to The Geneva Common where Starbucks and many Restaurants are located, Shopping heaven!!

Geneva Family Gathering
Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out.

Perfect spot
We were in the area for our daughter's wedding, and this was the perfect spot for our "base camp." The girls were able to get ready here; we enjoyed having some time in the evenings to relax with other family from out of town. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The house was very close to everything like restaurants and other shops. The functions that we attended were very close as well. We didn’t feel comfortable with the leftover food in the refrigerator and the random pieces of clothing in all of the closets. It just felt like someone lived there and they would walk in at any minute.

Great location
We enjoyed staying in Geneva for a family wedding. The house is in an adorable neighborhood in a great location. We are grateful that we found a home if enough to accommodate our large family. The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was the fact that it felt like we had to tip toe around the owner’s items throughout the home. There were clothes, leftover food containers, make up etc. in the home during our stay. The owners were kind in saying that anything there was available to use. However, we just felt it difficult to keep our things separate with so much clutter. Overall, a nice stay and we had a wonderful time.

This property has plenty of room for our family visit. The neighborhood is lovely and was close to stores, movie theaters and close enough for us to visit the Brookfield Zoo and the Morton Arboretum.

Spacious home with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths + 1 half bath. Very well supplied bathrooms and lots of towels and throws. Excellent kitchen, well supplied with utensils and pans and dishes. Lots of extras in cabinets like spices had we wanted to cook a lot. Close to shopping and to walking/jogging path.Cable TV; comfortable couches. Clean.Safe neighborhood with ponds and parks.

Convenient - Okay place to stay
In general, it was an adequate house. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, and didn't use one of the bedrooms which had a twin with a day bed (but was charged an extra person fee). I agree with the other review, master bed didn't have a fitted sheet which was very uncomfortable. Convenient location with nice walking trails and a playground near by.

Everything was as advertised.
We rented for 3 nights with our adult children, spouse, and grand kids. 5 bedrooms with 1 of those on the ground floor. 2 dining areas. Kitchen stocked with stables such as condiments. Nice fenced in back yard with patio. Located minutes away from a grocery store, and downtown Geneva and St. Charles. Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking.

The house was a nice quiet location, well stocked, clean with plenty of towels. We'd recommend it.
Kiki was a good host, answering questions and taking care of concerns. The Home away site had incorrect info regarding the type of beds in each room and I assume that it has been corrected because we notified Kiki of the inaccuracy. She recommended a great restaurant, FoxFire and arranged for us to get free appetizers. Food, music and atmosphere were great.
