The interior hallways are painted black, dreary and not energy effective. Not being able to phone the front desk is a ridiculous idea. I dontwant to jave to get dressed at midnight and take the elevator to the 7th dloor just to get some ice or ask a question about a bus route or a restaurant. The hotel model oppresses anyone without a cell phone. Staff were nice bit also gave incorrect information about local sites. Huge problem: there are NO SIGNS for Ruby Claireon the streets outside indicating the hotel location, which is inside a passageway , not onRue deRhone as advertised. We wasted a half hour trying to find the entrance amdwewerent alone in that problem. Good breakfast fpodcannot redeem these basic managing problems .

The “cozy room” was a very strange layout, almost uncomfortably so. However the price was right and it was very clean the bed was comfortable.

Great breakfast buffet with lots of vegan options. Good attention to sustainability- they bribe you with a free cocktail in exchange for skipping daily housekeeping, and for a two-night stay in an expensive city that was a good bargain!

The property is very nice. The room was very small and tight, but very nice in appearance and well maintained. The corridors are painted in black and are too dark, not my preference.

Great location for shopping! Due to the setup you don't get to interact with staff on a daily basis, but we were welcomed with a smile and overall good vibe. Parking is across the street and you get a discount so make sure you get your parking ticket stamped at the front desk.
