Welcome to our Quaint, Freshly Updated, approx 600 sq ft., 2nd Floor unit in Historic downtown Geneva. This is the perfect place to come back to after a day of activities. The apartment offers a shared front screened porch and backyard, 4 blocks from Geneva Train Station to Chicago and steps from the bars, restaurants, and shops on both 3rd St and Rt 38\. Bring a bicycle or walk to the River Bike Path that takes you into St. Charles or Batavia. Wifi and Cable included. Amazing Location!!! This is a small, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room and pull out couch. Entire apartment with shared front porch and backyard. There is a ring Video Doorbell. Tampering with or blocking said camera will result in immediate termination of rental. I am available for anything needed while staying via phone or email. With over 160 specialty shops and restaurants, downtown historic Geneva is one of the best shopping & dining experiences where choices are infinite. Several festivals throughout the summer and a great place to stay year round. Geneva Metra station to Downtown Chicago- 4 blocks River Bike bath- 2 blocks Several Bars, restaurants, shops, coffee and ice cream within walking distance There will be a $250-300 charge for any guest if there is cigarette smoking inside the apartment. Please be cognizant of the first floor tenants There is a ring doorbell on the front door on the porch. This device is motion sensor and records. Great little kitchen (no dining area/table). We had only four people, but three generations, so we did use the living room sofa as a bed. To me it would be a little small for six, but then I also appreciate when hosts allow for the true maximum people (in case needed), which Jeff does. Truly so close to "old town" shops and cafes. I had a little trouble with the digital lock (instructions didn't quite match the sequence of buttons). I also suggest painting the entry stairs a darker color (to hide the inevitable soil on the step risers). Once you are in the apartment though it was really lovely. ##### Anne C.
