The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

Great location and hard to beat view. We stayed in the presidential suite but the bath tub drain wasn’t connected and so when my wife let the drain out, water went everywhere. They were apologetic and fixed it right away but for that kind of money, attention to detail is pretty important.

The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating! There was gelato and snacks available for free all day. The breakfast which was extra was amazing! The location was very convenient. Nothing but good things to say!

The staff were outstanding. Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early. Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room. Bathroom products smelt wonderful, apparently they are specially made for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
