The beaches of Mimizan and Biscarrosse can also be reached in just 20 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the joys of the Atlantic Ocean.

With a comfortable and functional interior, the villa has five bedrooms that can accommodate 8-10 people, the bedrooms have a contemporary and refined style, with a touch of escape thanks to their panoramic wallpaper. The master bedroom, with its king size bed and large en-suite bathroom, offers a cozy resting area. The other bedrooms, equipped with double beds, are also comfortable and bright. The fifth bedroom located in the eaves, offers a warm and friendly space for children with its four single beds and private bathroom.

Cooking enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in this fully equipped kitchen, with a scullery with an American fridge and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The large dining table allows you to gather the whole family or friends for a convivial meal. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal to facilitate your stay.

The living room, with comfortable sofas and armchairs, 85-inch TV, internet (fiber) and its large windows overlooking the terrace, is bathed in natural light and offers a pleasant relaxation area.

The covered terrace, adjoining the living room, is equipped with garden furniture.

-The house has reversible air conditioning which works properly with all windows and doors closed, otherwise it turns off.
