30 min by foot from St Tropez center and 10 min from the beach, this beautiful provençale house in a calm neighborhood can accommodate up to 10 people. Close to shops and attractions, this exceptional accommodation is perfect to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
This very nice and pleasant traditional house, composed of a main house and an independent studio, includes :
- a beautiful lot of 1200 sq. m with swimming-pool, pétanque ground, table tennis and BBQ,
- a main house of 115 sq. m composed of :
- a wide and sunny living-room,
- a AC bedroom upstairs with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with double bed,
- two bedrooms with 2 simples beds,
- a small bedroom with a bunk bed,
- a half-open perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with a bathtub-shower,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- an independent studio of 40 sq. m with two simple beds and an open bathroom with bathtub.
Two cars can be parked in the garden.
Pool towels are provided.

You will also be able to discover Ramatuelle, as well as Grimaud village and its historical site. Hiking lovers will enjoy the numerous walking paths, whereas daredevils will have fun at Azur Park or Aqua Land.
