"Staff at front desk was unwelcoming. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. Did the online check-in which asked for a pet fee $10 more than indicated on the website. When I arrived they told me they don't allow dogs. I showed them exactly where I booked and that I paid the pet fee already. They argued with me and I told them you have 2 choices, I stay or I go and you give me a refund. They decided to let me stay. Room had a giant stain on the ceiling and people were yelling...
