EXTERIOR & SETTING  
Rockin R Ranch sits on a quiet mountainside lot with no close neighbors and BLM forest land adjacent, giving you true seclusion just minutes from the lake. The full log exterior with stone foundation wraps around a covered entry and expansive wraparound deck that serves as your outdoor living room. Multiple seating areas, picnic tables, and unobstructed views of the valley below make this the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and starlit evening conversations after long lake days.  
The property offers abundant flat parking for 10+ vehicles, RV parking, and easy boat trailer access via a well-maintained dirt road. Bring all your toys—this property was designed for groups who come to recreate.  
GREAT ROOM  
Step inside to one of the most impressive great rooms in the Bear Lake area. Soaring vaulted ceilings showcase massive exposed log beams, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame mountain views. The focal point is a stunning two-story stone fireplace with natural river rock that anchors the room and provides cozy warmth on cool mountain evenings.  
The open floor plan seamlessly connects distinct zones for relaxing, dining, and cooking, so your whole group stays together. Sink into comfortable sofas and accent chairs in the living area, gather around the long farmhouse-style dining table that easily seats 10-12, or pull up a barstool at the kitchen bar. The beautiful handcrafted log staircase with custom railings leads to the upper loft, adding architectural drama and Western lodge authenticity.

The spacious, updated kitchen is designed for serious group cooking with warm knotty-pine cabinetry, solid countertops, and generous prep space. Full-size appliances include a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus you'll find an additional full-size refrigerator for extra storage—essential when you're stocking up for 16 guests. The open layout flows naturally to both the dining area and deck access, making indoor-outdoor entertaining effortless.
