"We had a fantastic 3-night break in Copenhagen and found the NH Hotel to be an excellent choice. The location was perfect, being so central and conveniently located within a few minutes' walk of the Christianshavn metro station. Copenhagen Central is a 30-minute walk. Our room on the 6th floor was very clean and offered a great view. I must also mention that the shower was probably the best we've ever experienced! We appreciated the fresh towels and dressing gowns provided daily. Furthermore, the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout our visit. We will certainly recommend NH Copenhagen to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in central Copenhagen. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺ "

"We were very pleased, kind, helpful staff, and a good central location. A modest problem with the shower, in that the water did not drain well. We used the squeegie provided. I didn't mind in part because it would be a big job to fix the problem, tear out the shower floor and ramp it more so that the water would flow down to the drain."

"Our week long stay at Phoenix Copenhagen was wonderful. The entire staff was so helpful from beginning to end and we always felt very well taken of. The room was lovely and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was a little tricky to get in and out of without a handle to use. Our room was on the street side but very quiet, which was wonderful. I will absolutely stay at this ideal location (close to great restaurants and the Metro) again. "

"Nice hotel. Pleasant, helpful staff. Really comfy bed. Could do with more signs in the foyer area - the lifts are hidden around a corner and finding the toilets is a mission that could result in an embarrassing accident if one was desperate! "

"I would highly recommend this hotel. We had nothing to complain about. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the canal through a large window from the lounge. The staff were just amazing, especially Maria, who went out of her way to make sure we got the room we wanted and also attending to the small details in our stay, making us feel so at home. She is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was great, with everything you needed being offered. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The beds were comfy and the pillow menu was really helpful when we wanted a firmer pillow. The location is really good with restaurants and sightseeing literally just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
