Set in the heart of the Bergerac vineyards, this charming property offers stunning views over the countryside.

The front door opens onto the large open-plan kitchen with terracotta tiled floor and french doors opening onto the garden.

On one side, you enter the lounge with its fireplace and wood-burning stove. This bright room gives you direct access to the outside.

On the other side, a hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also a separate WC with washbasin on this level.

In the tower, on the upper level, you'll find the third double bedroom with lovely views over the vineyards, and on the ground floor, you'll find a shower room.

Outside, you can enjoy the spacious garden with its fruit trees. The private swimming pool is situated at a slightly lower level, whilst benefiting from the same views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards.

The rental price includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and a pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover). A high chair and cot with linen are available on request.

Please note that for bookings in March and April, the low season, the swimming pool is not open, however the house heating is included. Please contact us about the pool for bookings in early May.
