The apartment includes a balcony, a living area, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom inside, with a shower cubicle. This property can accommodate two adults and one child (maximum), as it has a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The balcony is accessed through the living area. In this space, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal al fresco. The building has a common entrance and is located in Rua da Alegria, one of the arteries near the La Vie Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Apartment in a building with stairs and no private parking available. AREA Building located in the Funchal city center. From this building you will be able to know all the downtown and main points of interest. It is situated right next to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theatre. In the city center there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer any questions. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
