We were very happy with our stay. We knew there was no elevator and after a long travel day we were dreading hauling our luggage up a flight of stairs. There was no option to request a main floor room but without even asking Alice offered us a complimentary upgrade to the main floor. She was so sweet

The hotel was as described. The only issue I got was the non existing breakfast. The hotel advertised a "super starter" breakfast between 6 and 9am. When I came to get something at 8am there was a coffe thermos with luke warm coffee and a juice dispenser. And a microwave to the side but no food at all. There weren't even any empty shelves so you could think they just ran out of something, there was nothing there. I have no problem with a hotel that doesn't offer breakfast but if you advertise it...
