The room was PERFECT! Soooo spacious — the room, beds, bathroom, etc. the washers being in the restrooms are so convenient too. The staff was so friendly as well. The location is close to a lot of things and walking was not a hassle either. Will absolutely book again!

Only have issue with the front desk staff, He wasn’t pleasant nor friendly. He is annoyed when I asked question if we can check in late I didn’t mind paying extra which he did charge us. Overall he is rude. But the rest of the staff are nice especially the room service staff every time we pass them at the hallway they always greet us & have a smile in their faces. The room are cleaned everyday & spacious. The location are very convenient to walk Pontacho alley, Nishiki market, Train stations, Kawaramachi & lots of store to walk to nearby.
