Au téléphone ils ont prétendu qu'un distributeur de shampooing était abîmé, ce qui est faux, ou pas de notre fait. Enfin le petit déjeuner était insipide et le personnel ne réapprovisionne pas le buffet qui n'est plus accessible à partir de 9h.
