"The location is ideal - in the heart of Frascati with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and sites. Also, it is an easy drive into Rome or to neighboring sites.The hosts were particularly attentive and responded immediately to all requests.The apartment was very nice and slept six people very comfortably.Overall, this was an excellent experience!"

"We (me, my 2 yo son, my niece and my parents) stayed in the apartment in september 2018 and was left with very good impression. The apartment itself is very big and spacious, there are a lot of rooms and light, it looks very authentic which created a special italian mood :) Equipped with all necessary so we felt ourselves like home.
Lots of small shops are very near and the supermarket is 7 min walk. The beach is not far away, you can get there on foot but we used car as the way there is not...

"The location of this property is truly its best feature. It is situated in a fantastic spot within the village and offers a particularly beautiful view. Unfortunately, the state of the house itself was a major disappointment.Upon arrival, we found the house in an unacceptable condition. The overall cleanliness was very poor: the bins had not been emptied, there were stains on the toilets, hairs were found throughout the house, and the floors were filthy. "The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive.
