Just a 2-minute walk from the sea, enjoy an elegant and relaxing stay in this 2-star rated apartment (Official Classification of Tourist Accommodations - Etoiles de France). This modern 28m² ground-floor apartment is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, two outdoor terraces (25m²), parking, and a private swimming pool. The pool is open from June 1st to the end of September, 10am-7pm daily. The residence is secure and quiet. The accommodation: This lovely, very bright apartment, right on the water, comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) with a wardrobe and closet, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a sofa bed (140x190cm) for two people in the living room. PLEASE NOTE: Sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not provided. However, two duvets and four pillows are available. Household items, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, electric griddle, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, smart TV, Wi-Fi, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, garden furniture, griddle stand, and one outdoor storage box. The apartment has two terraces: one 15 m² (dining area) and the other 6 m², ideal for storing bicycles and paddleboards. There is direct access to the large sandy beaches via a private path from the residence. Guest access is provided. The private accommodation includes a designated parking space equipped with a lockable barrier. The residence is gated and secured by a resident caretaker year-round. The residence's swimming pool is private and accessible only with your resident badge. The beach is supervised by the department's lifeguards within a designated area. The numerous cycle paths on Frontignan Plage will allow you to appreciate the flora and fauna between the sea and the lagoons along the entire coastline. You can also plan walks, mountain bike rides, or horseback rides to the wild beaches of Aresquiers or the ponds of the Arcachon Basin. By train, Frontignan station is a 10-minute drive away, with numerous taxis and private hire vehicles available to reach the apartment. Montpellier Airport and the Sud France train station are 20 km away, and Sète city center is a 15-minute drive. However, during this non-summer period, and if you do not have transportation during your stay, the Intermarché Frontignan drive-through, located 10 minutes from the apartment, can deliver directly to you.
