Tasteful, quiet, well equipped kitchen, short walk to town, easy access to I-70

Surrounded by pine and aspen trees at the quiet, west end of town, just off Main Street, this well appointed condo is only blocks from the heart of downtown Frisco. It is adjacent to Ten Mile Creek and just steps away from the Free Summit Stage bus stop, a 10 minute trip to Copper Mountain. The location off the west Frisco exit on I-70 avoids the congestion of the Highway 9 exit.

This condo is tastefully decorated and has a cozy mountain feel. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and it sleeps 5 adults comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, very large closet with plenty of hooks and shelves, and a private full bath. Sliding glass doors take you out to the deck with adirondack chairs and an electric grill. The deck has views of Mount Royal.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet.

The main living area has a HD Smart TV, Sonos sound bar, high speed wifi (600/37 mbps) and gas fireplace. The couch is a pull-out with a comfortable mattress.

The entry way has a bench, hooks and shelving for easy storage of gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is a coffee grinder, cuisinart coffee maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers.
A washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided) adds to your convenience.

The Lodge at Riverbend is on a private road, within easy walking distance to trails and downtown Frisco. There is a reserved covered parking spot as well as a locked storage area for your skis or bikes. There is an additional reserved parking spot outside.

The unit is one flight up and there is an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, HOA rules state no pets!

The building only has 17 units, most part-time, so you will likely have the outdoor hot tub to yourselves. There is a yoga mat, exercise ball & foam roller in the unit.

A pathway behind the building leads to Ten Mile Creek. The Summit Rec Path is a block away. Whole Foods and Safeway in Frisco are only 5 minutes away.

Sorry, no long term rentals in the peak seasons.

The Town of Frisco has a noise ordinance policy & this condo is in a quiet building. If you like to party, please don't book. Thank you!

Celebrating the New Year in Summit County

My teenage daughter and I spent a week around new year in Gerri’s property in the Lodge at Riverbend. It is as described and more. We really enjoyed its floor plan, cozy “winter in the mountains” feeling provided by the furniture, gas fireplace and decorations, including a beautiful Christmas tree!The kitchen and laundry room are practical, well equipped and include many basic necessities (spice rack, cleaning supplies, etc.) typically not found in rental properties.The entire unit is very well maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the towering Mount Royal. Its location is ideal if you are a winter sports enthusiast and need to hit several ski resorts to satisfy your needs for snow.The community hot tub was very enjoyable after long days on the slopes.In summary, Gerri’s property was the perfect find and we will not hesitate to book it again.

Very cozy stay!

Thanks to the owner for an amazing stay. We enjoyed staying in this condo. Although, we were under the impression that the second bedroom had a bathroom in it, instead of adjacent to it. My group consisted of two couples. We made the best of it though. It was located within 1-2 hours from our designated destinations to visit. Only a few minutes from a shopping plaza that had every place we needed to visit including a TJ Maxx. We did notice what seemed to be dog hair getting on some of my guests’ clothing. The owner had the place decorated very nicely for Christmas. We would definitely stay here again. She was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which was a major plus because we had an early morning flight arrival.

Lovely respite for a post surgery stay

My husband had ankle replacement surgery at Steadman in Vail. We had to stay in Frisco for post surgery therapy as it was not available in our town. The condo was perfect.Clean, well stocked. It was in a beautiful setting, quiet, with a lovely short path to the nearby creek and a short walk to downtown Frisco There was an elevator from the parking garage. The condo was right down the hall from the elevator. Everything was on one floor

Great Frisco Location!

Well maintained property and our best VRBO experience ever! Every detail expertly managed! We love to cycle in the Summit County area and this location is close to Rec Paths, trailheads (hiking) and Main Street (shopping/dining)!

Great condo

We went to the mountains for a short, relaxing 3-day vacation. We stayed mostly at or near the condo, enjoying the view from the balcony, the aroma of the pines, the beauty of the aspen, wild roses, and columbine, the sound of the nearby stream, the activity of the hummingbirds as they fed, and the short walk to the bridge to see the stream. This is the perfect spot, well located, quiet, and peaceful. Gerri was great. We hope to return.

Location, location, location

The host was wonderful and responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. An added bonus is that the property had an elevator and covered parking. The location was perfect, it allowed to walk to Main Street and enjoy its many points of interest.

Great Frisco stay

It was a great place for our family of 3. Great location - quick to jump on I-70 to Copper and a short drive to downtown Frisco (would certainly be walkable in good weather). Condo was clean with nice beds and kitchen supplies.
