When I followed up the next day, I got a nasty response from the property manager Diane informing me that someone went in (without any sort of notice that someone would be coming) and fixed it while we weren’t there. She then went on to imply that we were lying because we didn’t know that it was fixed… I am not one to give a negative review, but this entire situation really put a damper on our trip. Not only we’re we disappointed that the fireplace wasn’t working, but the communication, or lack there of, was extremely unprofessional. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is perfect for walking to downtown Frisco or jumping back onto hwy 70\. The condo isn't large but we were out and about most of the time so it served our purposes.
