Property Description Cross Creek 202 is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Sleeps 7\. South facing on the river with lots of light. Enjoy listening to the river or just walk out the deck to Ten Mile Creek. Large sectional, wood fireplace and flatscreen in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of room for meal preparation. Entry hall has shoe cubbies and gear rack. 1-car attached garage and washer/dryer in unit for convenience. Log dining room table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4\. Deck has seating for 4\. Security camera views the exterior of the front door. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ Queen, private bath with spa tub, large private deck overlooking river, flatscreen in master \~ Queen with private deck, shared bath in 2nd bedroom \~ Double/Twin Bunkbed and flatscreen in 3rd bedroom \~ Queen Sofabed with high end mattress in living room with half bath on the main floor. Amenities Beautiful clubhouse with indoor/outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, billiard table, foosball. A community grill is right next to the river in front of the unit. Six Adirondack chairs for main deck and lawn. The clubhouse also has lounge areas and fireplace. In the summer there is an outdoor picnic grove with large outdoor kitchen, community grills and picnic table seating. Parking You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs. Location 10 Minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. An easy walk or drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife, sporting goods stores and gear rentals. The Free Summit Stage bus stop is 3 blocks and connects all towns and resorts. In the winter it's just a few minutes from the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and snowshoeing pr the Adventure Park for tubing and sleigh rides. It's an easy drive or bike ride to the Frisco Historic Park. In the summer it's an easy bike ride or drive to the Frisco Peninsula biking and hiking trails or the Frisco Marina where you'll find SUP, kayak, canoe, sailboat and power boat rentals. Condo was stocked nicely and we were very comfortable! Loved listening to 10 Mike Creek and sitting on the back porch! Lots of trails around to hike and fish! Walking distance to Main Street and it's restaurants, hearing the creek as it goes by and the location close to I-70 makes getting to any of the Summit County ski resorts really easy. The condo was very clean at check in and it was properly stocked with dishes / pans / cups / etc., however for those that like to cook at home, the only spices available are salt, pepper and olive oil. On the negative side, the property does not have an electric garage door opener (and the garage door lock doesn't work), and if there are people staying upstairs, you can hear every foot step.
