Entry hall has shoe cubbies and gear rack. 1-car attached garage and washer/dryer in unit for convenience. Log dining room table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4. Deck has seating for 4. Security camera views the exterior of the front door.

You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

In the summer it's an easy bike ride or drive to the Frisco Peninsula biking and hiking trails or the Frisco Marina where you'll find SUP, kayak, canoe, sailboat and power boat rentals.
