The Mountainside neighborhood clubhouse features some great amenities including an indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. If you're hiking all day, it's so nice to go use these! Just needs a few upgrades to lighting (arriving after dark was tricky with no hallway lighting) and upgrades to bathrooms (toilets super low and faucets sprayed everywhere) and kitchen (fridge froze all of my veggies). Jan 21, 2016 #### Frisco Vacation Rental Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental between Christmas and New Years. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. There were 5 adults and that was the perfect number- I would not recommend any more adults. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. The loft has a twin bed with extra mattress. The unit is managed by a rental company rather than an individual owner. Overall it fit our needs and was close to downtown Frisco's restaurants and shops and you can get to Breckenridge, Copper or Keystone in 15-25 minutes. Some of the cons are:the unit does not have a washer/dryer, and it is on the third floor of the condo complex. The kitchen could be more well equipped with pots/pans and cooking utensils.
