Very easy access from I-70 and an easy drive to all activities and resorts. On Rec Path and trails to Lake Dillon. Two bedrooms are suites with private baths. The complex is built for convenience with ground level heated parking, elevator and 2 outdoor hot tubs. There is also an outdoor shaded, community table with grill. Beautiful interior design. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. The fully equipped slab granite kitchen with stainless appliances allows for easy meal preparation. Leather furniture, flatscreen and gas fireplace in living area. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4\. Private south-facing deck that looks out over Lake Dillon. Full size washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. We have stayed at other units at Timberline Cove and enjoy the location, quiet atmosphere, and lovely, high end finishes. This unit has an absolutely outstanding full on view of Lake Dillion and the mountains. Unbeatable!! Only improvement would be deck furniture. There was only one, dirty chair on the deck. I had a soccer chair in my car and we used that to enjoy the lovely view from the deck. Other units we’ve stayed in have comfy chairs and side tables on the deck for guests.
