Marina Park – Unit 14C in Frisco, Colorado offers a spacious and well-appointed mountain retreat in an exceptional location just off Main Street Frisco on Seventh Avenue. Built in 2002, this modern property provides easy walking access to local shops and restaurants while offering comfortable living space for your group.

The building features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, along with access to common amenities including a small swimming pool and exercise room. A two-car garage adds convenience for year-round stays.

Unit 14C is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with generous sleeping accommodations. Bedding includes a King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen bed in the third bedroom. Additional sleeping options include a Twin-over-Full bunk bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen futon.

The home also features two gas fireplaces — one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom — private laundry facilities, and flat-screen TVs throughout, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Parking garage an issue

We did not know there was a height limitation for the garage, and arrived late so our suburban, with cargo box had to find parking on the street- our second vehicle could only fit in the garage after they removed their ski rack. Seems odd in a winter snowsports environment. Please pre inform your guests

Great long weekend in Frisco

We had a great stay in Frisco. Check in was easy and the condo's location is right off Main St, close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo is huge! While there were only 3 of us, there's definitely room for more. Kitchen had everything you would need. Easy commute to Copper or Breckenridge. Would defnitely stay again.

Spacious and Convenient

My husband and I loved this condo! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Being able to park our truck and store the bicycles in the garage was a huge bonus. Very clean and well equipped home. Will definitely stay here again on the future!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the short walk to the park for the kids and to Main Street. The kitchen was well stocked. They had everything we needed. Lots of options to open your wine bottle. Lots of stairs. We knew that coming in but be aware that when you enter through the garage there are 2 flights of stairs to the main kitchen level and one more flight to the top floor. The pool is just a small 1/4 to 1/3 size. Our small kids liked it but bigger kids might not. It was fun to cool off in. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Frisco

We skied keystone and loved our VRBO in Frisco. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Keystone. Slept 10 comfortably. Well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the large living room and fireplace for lounging around with the group. Would love to stay here again, great value.

Comfortable beds and spacious kitchen

Great unit with large bathrooms and kitchen. Garage is huge and made it easy to store our gear. I fell in love with the my mattress (Serra I Comfort). Quiet location yet one block from Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome large condo right in Frisco

We had a blast staying here with friends for our annual ski weekend. Everything was easy from check in to check out, which we appreciated. The condo was extremely spacious, and has a large kitchen. The kitchen had tons of pots, pans, and supplies to cook with, which was great. The open concept on the main floor was very conducive for hanging out together, card games with the kids, cooking meals in, and getting ready to hit the slopes! One piece of feedback was the place was really WARM and we didn't even turn the heat on! We constantly were opening windows (crazy because it snowed all weekend long!) to try and cool it down. Having a fan in the master helped a bit, but it must be those heated floors that keep it so toasty. Space and location were amazing and loved having so many places walkable for us!

Great location, great place

This is a great property with a great location. We had a wonderful stay from check-in though check-out and would highly suggest this to friends. There are quite a few stairs because this is a 3-story unit but overall the layout of the property is great for socializing with a larger group while still being able to enjoy some privacy. My wife and I had an infant that we were able to put in the "living room" section of the Master Bedroom. This made our stay less stressful and provided a quiet area for her nap.

Great house in fun downtown Frisco

The house was perfect for our 2 families totaling 4 adults, 4 kids. The unit does have lots of stairs, but that’s how you get awesome mountain views on the top two levels. Very comfortable beds and living/dining area, well equipped kitchen, and quick walk to restaurants and shuttle to Copper. Only thing that we had trouble with was getting the right temperature on all both sleeping floors - one level was either too hot or too cold and the other level was the opposite. Might just be the difficulty with vertical living!

Beautiful yes, but a couple of caveats to be aware of

Overall this place is beautiful. The one major flaw is that the master bathroom shower does not produce hot water making it unusable. Had it not been for this one major problem I would have given this place 5 stars. Also, if you drive anything other than a car, don't expect it to fit in the garage.

Perfect Location!!

This was a great location for three Iowa couples traveling by motorcycle taking daily mountain rides. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and a walking trail behind the property. Three bedrooms with private baths and a double garage were a perfect fit. This property was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition.

This was a great place in a great location within walking distance to the cute downtown Frisco Main Street (which had several great restaurants). The condo more than accommodated our 6 adult, 3 children group. The kitchen was nice and big which we loved because several of us like to cook. There were plenty of pots and pans and appliances to accommodate all of our cooking needs. The owner was only an email away when we needed something and we did not need anything except help with the Wifi information and the owner replied immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, close to town, nice cooking facilities. No extra charge for the mouse that got into our food left on the counter. Also noticeable mouse droppings in several of the cupboards. Second night we placed all of our food in the coolers we had with us. Otherwise, we all enjoyed the condo and would stay here again.

Better than I hoped for...

This was only my 2nd time to use VRBO and because I was inviting a 2nd family along I was nervous about whether the property would actually sleep all 10 people. This unit was top notch and had room for all of us. The location was excellent and allowed us to walk or use the Summit Stage to everyplace we planned to visit. The checkin and checkout was easy and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone who asks.

Excellent property, great location

We were extremely happy with our stay. Our only complaint is that the queen size bed in the second bedroom was so bad we could not sleep on it the second night. We had to move to the third bedroom with the double bed, which mattress was better. Luckily it was not being used. Other than this, it was a terrific place.

Large and quiet.

This is a very roomy 4 BR. Very quiet location and close to the bike path. Beautiful views. 2 car garage. Hot tub was not in service and management refunded part of charge. Only one old lawn chair on the deck. Otherwise, this property was very nice.

Ideal location in Frisco, Colorado

We had a great time at this fabulous condo in Frisco. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen was equipped better than any rental we've ever used and the garage was large enough to park our Ford F150 crew cab and still have plenty of storage space! Everything in Frisco is within easy walking distance as well. We did experience a bit of noise from the adjacent condo but only in the master bedroom and it wasn't much of any issue other than one night. Overall a terrific condo and location, we highly recommend.
