When people were loud after quiet hours we were told there is nothing could do or say to them. It sounded like they we bowling above us. Had to ask for towels to the pool area and they only would give you small very unabsobant ones. You definitely get what you pay for here. "

"Room was dirty and smelly. Food and garbage on the floor. Stains on sheets, hair on pillows, food crumbs and bugs in the bed. Burn hole in my blanket. Walls dirty headboard very dusty. This room definitely was not cleaned totally disgusting. "
