"This hotel probably wouldn’t be this low rated if it wasn’t in Fresno. The building is beautiful. The pool area is very nice. The rooms were run down. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The breakfast was nice, but the room they serve it in a room without any AC. When we were checking in a man was claiming someone with a mask on came into his hotel room, which kind of set the tone for the rest of the stay. I probably will never return to Fresno. The staff seemed very nice and doing the best they can with what support they have."
