"Paid for ADA room that was needed and did not get one, had carperts outside my room being ripped up at 8:45 AM, entire lobby was under construction, checked 3 floors for ice and had none, mini fridges did not even work, and only one active elevator."

"We were in town for my daughter’s medical procedure so we spent most of the time at the hospital. But the room was very nice, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. My wife and I are already talking about going back to enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, great place to stay."

However, staff in restaurant and bar were lacking. Extremely rude when we asked for coffee or latte or even an extra set of silverware :( decor is cool though."
