The Space:

Las Palmas is a duplex property; each unit is rented individually. This listing is for Las Palmas Unit A. This beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom oceanfront home is the perfect retreat for families, a girl's trip, or a getaway with friends. The property features a spacious layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the secondary bedroom also features a queen bed, and the bunk room offers cozy sleeping arrangements. Guests have access to two full bathrooms and one convenient half bathroom. The home is equipped with a full kitchen including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and blender for all your culinary needs. Enjoy meals at the dining table or step out onto the balcony to take in the stunning beach views. The living area is perfect for winding down after a day at the beach, and the property includes amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a television.



Guest Access:

Guest will have each unit to themselves or can book both together. Please note this listing is only for Unit A.

- There is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose!



-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.



-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted



-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell and yellow tint. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
