Thanks for your feedback Scott, I have looked up the room you were in, and I am having housekeeping do a deep clean on the room and shampoo the carpet, as I'm not sure where the smell is coming from, but that is not the experience we want you to have at our hotel. We appreciate that you did notice it was clean, and thank you for your kind words regarding our beds, pool and Breakfast. Thank you for your feedback. I am having housekeeping looking to the mattress issue. All of our king suites only have 1 tv, and a pull out couch and chair, so I'm not exactly sure what you were expecting. It also had a wet bar. We hope in the future to exceed your expectations.

We're sorry about the experience you had at our hotel which is why I refunded part of your room charge. The people above you overflowed their tub, and that is why you had water in the first room.
