The cleaners seemed to do a good job. The house was pretty clean. The only thing we noticed was trash under the couch and between the couch cushions and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty/rusty. 2\. The beds and couches are very comfortable. The furniture worked well for our family with the bunk beds. We did need more bedding. The beds only had a sheet and thin bedspread. Cons 1\. The water quality in this home/area is terrible. The water smells very bad and leaves an odor on your skin. The property has what looks like a water softener system, but either it is not working or is not enough. We did not feel like we were able to get a good shower the whole time and had to brush our teeth with bottled water. 2\. Much of the home needs repair, the doors won’t fully open from hitting the floor, a cabinet door is missing, lots of the fixtures are rusted, the deck has nails sticking up and needs paint/repair, paint is peeling from the walls in the bathroom, etc. 3\. It is also not “near” the beach. It’s at least a 1/2 to 2/3 of a mile walk. So we had to drive to the beach. Overall, it met our needs but we were not that comfortable. We had a problem with toilet and with tub being stopped up. We reported it immediately. We got taken care immediately.
