Jetty Park is a close by, walk to the end of the half a mile long jetty which is ideal for fishing, walking, or just watching the large ships go by in the channel. sometimes you see dolphins playing right at the end of the jetty. There's also a nature trail located close by.


This cute beach home boasts a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink for drinking & cooking water.

Spacious living room with seating for all, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals at home.

Our Main bedroom has a king size bed with a luxury Saatva organic mattress, 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

A pack n play and Washer & dryer are available for you to use.

Fresh, Clean bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Outside, you’ll find an outdoor hot/cold shower, picnic table and a charcoal grill for you to enjoy.

Our home is not available for parties or large gatherings, including Prom groups. We market to families and groups of friends seeking to relax and enjoy the peace that only a true beach vacation can provide.

Max allowed in the house sleeps is 7 (6 Adults max) No day guests allowed without permission. Only those on the reservation allowed on the property

We are dog friendly, upto Two dogs allowed, please don't allow on furniture/ bed linens. bring own dog beds, do not leave home alone unless crated and please pick up after your pet. Pet fee $100 non-refundable


Please note surfside city water is not potable, we do have a whole house filter, It is safe to bathe in and for laundry butnor for cooking or drinking We do have a water dispenser with 3 gallon jugs which can be refilled at city hall. Your welcome to bring your own too

No Third-party bookings , the person booking needs to be staying for the duration of the stay

Property has two cameras one on the house looking down onto the drive, the other looking down the stairs both record on movement and will be on during your stay

We are located near the Gulf in Texas which can be very humid. Bugs are to be expected (mosquitoes and palmetto bugs) even though we do spray our home regularly.
