"Not a great stay. Wouldn't recommend. Place was very basic and not as clean as it could have been. Old food in the fridge and dishes in dishwasher. No blankets or extra bedding available and with only a sheet on the bed. Not as pictured. Loud neighbors above, bright lights in window at night. Washer and dryer listed as available but didn't work. Check in process requires to go through another service and provide them with your lisence and live photo. Lastly, I find it strange that they won't...

"The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with dishes, linens, cleaning supplies and spices/cooking tools. It was updated and looked good. I appreciated being on the first floor. Although it’s a good location in terms of distance to the city, the neighborhood was not great. I didn’t feel like I was in danger all the time, but I definitely didn’t feel great about taking my dogs out at night. As a single woman traveling alone, I’d probably pay more next time to get a little further...

"We had a great experience. The place was clean and had a lot of character. The check in and check out process was easy. Dan had great communication with me. We walked to Miami Cafe around the corner and recommend it to anyone who stays here. The atmosphere and neighborhood had a lot of character. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Its a good locations for any ahopping or attractions. BUT...I really wanted to enjoy this place. Although you was accommodating by coming to clean. It wasnt very clean at all at CHeck in. There was a towel left in bathroom. That is still hanging there The smell from the kit hen still came back after you cleaned. The tub has cracks in it and tub floor was sinking. Before you rent please make sure everything is in working order. No tv in bedroom where stayed a majority of the time. ...

"Overall, my stay was great. The communication was prompt and the property was easily accessible. I liked the digital locks and the parking was a plus. The property wasn't as clean as i was expecting but it was suitable and i cleaned what i could. I was pleased with my stay and if i were to need it again, i would rent this property. "
