We each had our own room and our own bathroom, and everything was so clean…the place looks like it’s brand new! It did take us a while to figure out how to work the thermostat so instructions on that would be helpful. When I booked the room, there was some kind of error with my information and I was told I had to call Vacasa. I called around midnight and was on hold for 30 minutes before my call was disconnected. I tried texting the number on the automatic message “for a quicker response” and was told they couldn’t help me and I would need to call Vacasa. I tried calling back at 1am and I waited on the phone for an hour before I gave up and went to sleep. I eventually did call back and got in touch with someone, but I wanted to explain why I took off stars for communication with the property manager. There was nothing I shared over the phone that couldn’t have been shared via email or text. Overall, our experience was great and we would love to stay at this property again! ##### Sara A.
