Located in the Historic District, The Homestead estate consists of two private homes (The Main House and The Carriage House) two cottage suites (The Stables # and #2) and is ideal for couples, groups, families, or friends to enjoy all of downtown Fredericksburg. The Main House is private and has four bedrooms (two kings, one queen and two twins), three spa-inspired marble and granite baths, a large kitchen-dining room-living room, and two outdoor gathering spaces, including one with a fire pit. The 12-foot ceilings create an expansive feel to the home, but the highlight of this historic home has to be the private, underground, fully stocked wine cellar! The large driveway provides for four off-street parking spaces. This historic and renovated 1880's home with the prime location simply cannot be beat. Being within one block off Main St. means Shops, Wineries, and restaurants area all just a few minutes walk out the front door!
