She was helpful and very apologetic. We tested out the hot tub while waiting and it didn’t ruin our stay! The secluded location was just minutes from town, but felt very private and remote. The deer fed right in front of our porch each morning as we sat there and drank our coffee. The keyless entry was perfect and allowed us to skip a stop both arriving and leaving. The bed was really hard, as we read in other reviews— that should be addressed. It was just as wonderful as the other we stayed in. It’s just as the pics show, it’s peaceful and the hot tub is a bonus.
