In addition to the three bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—there’s a bonus room featuring a bunk bed with a trundle, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone. The Space: The heart of the home is the kitchen, designed with a modern farmhouse feel and fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with bottom freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. A large center island doubles as a prep space and casual dining area with three barstools, making it a favorite gathering spot. The open layout flows effortlessly into the living and dining areas, where a comfortable sofa and chairs invite relaxation. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only.) Step outside and discover the true gem of this property—a backyard oasis perfect for both relaxation and fun. Enjoy the sparkling swimming pool with built-in hot tub and rock waterfall feature, or gather around the firepit on the patio for cozy evenings under the stars. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
