Perfectly situated, you’ll find Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, Marktplatz Von Fredericksburg, and Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course all within a 15-mile radius. Spend a day hiking gorgeous trails, exploring unique shops, or playing a scenic round of golf.  
  
Step into this retreat and be welcomed by a sun-soaked, open-concept living area featuring high ceilings, cozy interiors, a fireplace, and charming countryside decor. Snuggle up on the plush sofa to stream your favorite movies or drink cocoa by the fire. A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances, wooden cabinetry, and everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals or quick snacks. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.  
  
  
  
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
  
  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
