Luxurious linens, king foam mattress and fabulous décor! Living room suite, kitchenette, and 2 TVs. Managed by Heavenly Hosts PERMIT#805600\_2046 The Space: Romantic open studio with a big bathroom with tub and hot tub area, and patio . Studio is roughly 760 sqft. Newly added Electric BBQ Grill! \- IMPORTANT: We’ve become aware of ongoing construction next to our property. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as we do not own or manage the neighboring property. We are unsure how long the construction will continue or what time it will start each day. The biggest thing in Fredericksburg is finding a listing that is private and also close to the Main St. So this place checks both boxes. Check in was extremely easy and the place is absolutely gorgeous. I personally really loved the hot tub area outback with the fire place. Wife and I brought a small radio and enjoyed the hot tub while havijg some beers. I know somebody wants to know so yes the bqck patio is private enough to use your birthday suite in hot tub. The decor is modern yet has a warm, relaxing feel that isn’t overwhelming. The bathroom with the standup shower and soaking tub is spa like. Outdoor patio with hot tub and fireplace is closed in with plenty of privacy. It’s close to road, so the sound of traffic is heard during the day, but it’s quiet at night.
