While it has original wood floors that show the character of the different eras, it also has a completely modern updated kitchen and baths. This house is designed for comfort, two king sized beds, huge bedrooms with black out curtains, televisions in each bedroom and the living area to a oversized comfortable couch. Master bedroom has a separate dressing and makeup room. Lounge or enjoy a meal on the front or back porch. Child size table and chairs in living area. It has a nice office area. Several plug towers so all your electronics can stay charged. Her property had enough room to accommodate a boat trailer and we were even able to park it under the cover. The house is huge! Enough room for the boys to be able to spread out each night after fishing all day. One concern we always jave pulling a boat through neighborhoods is the roads, the roads to and from the house are perfect woth no issues. The location is within 10 minutes of any boat lauch from mid lake to the dam. If Lake Palestine is ever in our circuit again, we will definitely be booking this location.
