Beautiful classic hotel in central location, close to train staition with plenty of resturants and bars near by. Hotel resturant was very expensive and food not up ti a 5 star standard

A beautiful hotel with great choices for dining. However, the housekeeping services lets the side down. When we checked in, there were no toiletries in the room, one of the taps at one sink in the bathroom was about to fall off. The housekeeping was at best average for a 3 star hotel.

Steigenberger Frankfurt is always the hotel I stayed whenever in Frankfurt for multiple reasons incl convenience access to train station and it central location right by to Romerberg, shopping, and Kleinmarkthalle

pros: front desk staff are amazing. close to metro station. cons: housekeeping is below average. most days we didn’t have shampoo/conditioner/bath soap. asking for ice took over 10min and when i called again, they laughed and said they forgot. this happened three times.
