![Franeker is a interesting litte town with a rich history. "downtown" you will find the the world's oldest functioning planetarium. « Schöne, helle Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche, allerdings bräuchten die Dunstabzugshaube und insbesondere die Mikrowelle (letztere hatten wir daher nicht genutzt) doch mal eine gründliche Reinigung. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Wir hatten einen Badevorleger dabei, da wir anhand der vorherigen Bewertungen schon wussten, dass der Boden im Bad durch die Dusche nass werden wird, insofern passte das für uns.Ein Auto oder zumindest Fahrräder sind vor Ort unverzichtbar. »

"Nous avons dû attendre pour faire le check in car une nouvelle procédure ralentissait l’ensemble, mais nous avons reçu un bon pour des boissons offertes. La chambre était sympathique mais la salle de bain très mal conçue et sans aucun chauffage ni radiateur! La nuit a été mauvaise a cause d’un bruit sourd et irrégulier assez prononcé malgré des boules quies (un drapeau flottant au vent?). Le petit dejeuner était bon et la salle agréable. Gros point négatif avec le froid dans la chambre et la salle de bain, ainsi que le bruit empechant un peu de dormir, dommage pour un hotel…"
