4-room detached house (87.22 m²) on two floors with a fitted kitchen with cupboards, electric oven, 3 gas burners, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 1 living room, 3 bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed, one with a single bed), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, 1 toilet, full basement consisting of a garage and a laundry room with washing machine in a quiet neighborhood with a private garden of 150 m². A 15-minute walk from the city center, the RER C station, 40 minutes from Champ de Mars, Eiffel Tower and line H, 25 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord, and close to the A15 motorway.  
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.  
The house is rated 3 out of 5 stars by the Ministry of Tourism, which ensures a certain level of comfort and security.  
Water, gas, and electricity charges are included in the nightly rate.  
Sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, napkins, dishcloths, sponges, Dishwashing liquid and trash bags are provided.
