"When checked in - both rooms were super small with many deficiencies - they were dirty, main light did not work , handles on dresser was broken , we were given small towels (did not know until the next day that they actually have large towels). We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. One day they completely forgot to clean the room. The owner admitted that they have issue with staff. Given that they advertise the place as a chef restaurant expected breakfast to be interesting. It was the same small Buffet with same food every day. Breakfast if offered only from 8:30- 9:30 am. At exactly 9:30 all food is removed. After they set the table , they sweep the floor so the dust goes on the food The chef’s dinner which costs 45Euro per person was good ( not amazing) and was beautifully plated. We had it only on the day of arrival. Samira, ( the owners daughter ) who basically runs the place on a daily basis is friendly and nice. Honestly, she was the best thing about the place. The place has good potential but feels like they try to save everywhere possible. At the end , for all of our inconvenience the owner gave us 50% discount on the one dinner (for 6 days of stay). "

"My wife and 3 young (8 and under) children stayed here and we loved it. It was the perfect B&B experience and very child friendly. Mrs Francesca was a sweetheart and prepared amazing cakes and treats for every breakfast. The beautiful property was like an Italian fairy tale and close to many must see sites. "

"Came here for our honeymoon. Absolutely loved the property. The wine and olive oil tasting was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend to anyone. The wine options were also incredible. The only feedback would be to have some different options of food on the menu. Very reasonably priced menu, but staying there for multiple days I wish I had a few more dinner options. "

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. We did not try any of the spa treatments, but there was a really good selection available. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The only negative thing we have to say about it/Viesca is that breakfast was rather slow. We often had to go inside and order from the bar/find waiters, as they would not necessarily come to your table. The cooked breakfast was not quick, and a better selection would be appreciated (e.g. eggs benedict or royale on nice bread rather than just boiled/scrambled/poached eggs). We look forward to coming back one day - definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!"

"Check-in: 3/5 - mediocre, specified twin beds and noted in special request but given a double bed. Front desk staff rectified this upon us showing the booking confirmation. Check out: 4/5 - checked bill was charged for another room’s item, front desk took it off bill. Would check bill before paying. Dining experience: 1/5 - Disappointing. Evening/night staff were unpleasant, not welcoming and dismissive. - Gentleman that took our order was very dismissive, didn’t wait for us to finish our order and walked off. - Long wait for food to arrive. - Our second dinning experience, order was incorrect bc again the same gentlemen waiter did not wait for us to finish ordering. Room & service: 2/5 - Large room - For the entire stay we had no cleaning service. - The fridge was not replenished with drinks or water. - No drinking glasses in room. - Washroom toilet seat was smaller than the toilet base. - Washroom had mold and smelt like sewer. We had to request airfreshener as the smell was unbearable. Location - 2/5 - not convenient to other restaurants or town, car required. - taxi service is minimal and expensive. Pro: Villa does have infinity pool and the scenery is nice. "
