"Very welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant and great food.and wine. We stayed in the summer at this ski resort so it was quite empty. Lovely mountain views. There's no on site parking. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are good , location good . Noise in the room from other rooms and the spiral corridor are unbearable , we had children running up and down at 1130 at night and the receptionist don’t even bother to stop them "

"Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. "

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier).
Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed).
Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional.
However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. "

Basic hotel but very friendly staff and good food. About 500 m to the closest ski lift. The hotels.com webpage advertised ski-in ski-out, which this location is definitely not.

The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! My bad if i spell names wrong but Luka from the afternoon shift was amazing. He set us up with reservations for dinners at places that were so...

Love this place! A little off of the beaten track, but worth it. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close enough to everything you need. A bit of a hike to the railway station, so make sure you have comfy shoes and good wheels on your suitcase.
