"The air conditioning cooled off the room well. The property was a little outdated but it was very clean. I will say the walls were super thin. I could hear everything the people in the room next to me were saying and doing.The mini fridge in the room was so loud I had to unplug it. And the toilet seat was not on securely and came off. The bed was pretty comfortable. My biggest problem was the attitude of one of the staff members. Firstly upon checking in, the staff member was very nice. She was friendly and very helpful. I didn't check in until 9:00 PM, and the next morning I tried to get a late check out from a different staff member and was told I couldn't because they 5 check in's later. (Which would be the earliest 3:00 PM).The building was scarce,I saw maybe 3 different parties the whole time. You know how if people have an attitude or just aren't trying to solve the problem it just feels like they are lying? They definitely weren't at maximum capacity and i know he could have let me stay till noon. Oh he did say I could stay until 11:30, but 12 was not possible. I then wanted to get a cup of coffee and since it was 10:30 in the morning I was told that they only do breakfast and coffee till 9:30 AM.. Mind you there's no coffee pot in the room either. Luckily there was still some old coffee in the dining area left from the morning. That particular staff ruined it for me."

"Sheila was a wonderful host, the house was beautiful, and we loved the waterfront views. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips - delicious coffee, lovely furniture and dinner ware, and the whole house was sooooo tastefully decorated. It was like having our own resort in our former (before Hurricane Michael) neighborhood! We plan to return often!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue with the hot water not getting hot enough at times. The maintenance man was great. He came to check it out timely. He was always visible on the property. This gave me assurance that if we had any problems he was only a phone call away. I give him kudos!!! The front desk team was great too. Now let me talk about the breakfast. Not on excellent but the food staff were so friendly. Took the time to check on us to make sure everything was okay. Housekeeping checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. This Holiday Inn team showed out with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. "

"Host was very responsive. Very clean. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Easy access via August app( make sure to request access for all guests). Beds were very comfortable. Loved the master suite. Weather was cold and it was hard to warm up the main floor. The living room was spacious but furniture was not very comfortable. We ended up in our bedrooms to relax instead. Overall, we would book again. Perfect for a family. "
