The staff were great once in the grounds. Clean spaces.
I give it 4 stars because the communication when I booked the hotel was not as expected. Their couch in room is very uncomfortable. Make sure you get two beds if you need it. I thought the room had two beds as there were 3 of us staying. Once I realize it was a couch, I reached out to them but they didn’t answer my message/request for weeks and then stated it was too late to fix the issue.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn’t great. The night we arrived we had dinner there at 8pm. We were the only people in there so were told they were closing at 8:30pm, although the hours posted said 10pm. The server made it very clear she was rushing us out of there. The wine selection was awful and only sold half bottles. We took the remainder of our dinner to go.
When we entered our hotel room it was dirty. Bathroom smelled that somebody used it . Wastebasket was full . Hair on pillows and blankets. Wanted a new blanket and they gave me a mattress topper . Staff nice but not experienced . Breakfast very sad . You pay for location . Mattress a nightmare . I don’t usually write these kinds of reviews but I just expect more if I pay over 200 dollars for the room . Romm wise and staff wise.

I didn't like my bathroom. They gave a handicapped bathroom which by the way, i didn't requested it!!!
A little observation: your company didn't offers any scencial items, like hair cap, or travel toothpaste, q tips etc, etc.

This was a great place to stay-- they just need to change their selection of what;s on the tv in the breakfast room.Highly inappropriate and not family friendly.
I mentioned it to someone there and they didn't get it and didn't change station.
Clean hotel with nice amenities. Room was decent sized and bed was comfy. Couch was a pull out bed, so the kids had their own space. Plenty of options for storage. Microwave and fridge provided. Restaurant on site that also provides the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
