Enjoy Fort Worth in style with this industrial luxury loft that has been recently renovated, professionally decorated, and built for comfort. A perfect option for business travelers, couples looking for a night out, and tourists. The loft offers 20ft ceilings, large windows, a cook ready kitchen, and a 70 inch smart tv.

Located one block from Sundance Square and 3 blocks to the convention center. You are walking distance to all of the city’s finest steakhouses, bars, and general entertainment!

I am available for questions whenever you need me and are more than happy to provide downtown recommendations or any other recommendations around the broader city. Don’t hesitate to ask. Please make yourself at home!

Walking distance from steakhouse row (Del Frisco’s, Ruth’s Chris, Capital Grille, Grace, Wicked Butcher). The unit is walking distance to tons of top end restaurants, bars, comedy shows, coffee shops, rooftop cocktails, and more! Please reach out for any recommendations!

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.

***You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

***Onsite parking is not included and all of the third party nearby parking lots/garages are paid between $20 to $25 per night (subject to changes). Closest one is 2 blocks away and there is a loading zone in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to Fridays after 6 pm. Please reach out to me directly for specifics.

Regardless of where you park, if you need to drop off luggage, there is a 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building. The area is frequently monitored, please don't leave your car unattended, to avoid getting a ticket. Please reach out to me directly for specifics.

Awesome Apartment and Amazing Location
We were in town for our niece's graduation. We wanted to stay in downtown Fort Worth where we would be close to all the amazing places to eat and for entertainment. The apartment was perfect! We were in the middle of everything. The apartment looks just as it did in the photos. The only suggestion I might make would be to install small motion censored lights on the stairs up to the bedroom. It would certainly help if you get up in the middle of the night and don't want to disturb others. We had a fabulous time staying in the Sidecar Suite!!

Absolutely loved our stay in the downtown loft
We have 2 college students attending TCU. The loft was perfect to allow for room downstairs to entertain. Very clean with high ceilings. Great decor!!! Perfect downtown location loved the coffee shop next store and being right next to the AC Marriott was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!

We live in the area but just wanted a night alone downtown. This was the perfect location and very close to all the entertainment the city has to offer. The place was clean and easy to access as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for downtown fun.
We had a great time exploring downtown Ft Worth. The apartment was great for two people. It was well appointed with dishes, towels, etc. The security system for entering the building works great but it can be a little complicated after a few drinks.

The property is right in the middle of all the action downtown Ft. Worth. We never used our car after we checked in. Sundance Square, Reata, Capital Grille, Mi Cocina, Jake's, Ruth's Chris, comedy clubs, Corner bakery, all within easy walking distance. Great location. Loft roomy and spacious and everything inside it WORKS! We had a great time.

Nice loft and great location
We enjoyed our 5 day visit in FT Worth. The property location is excellent for visiting FT Worth. There are many restaurants in the area and the activities in Sundance Square are really interesting. Lots of live music while we were there and a nice variety of top notch entertainment. The loft was a great choice for our visit and lots to do within walking distance.

Great Location for Convention Center
This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was cozy and a perfect walking distance of the convention center, restaurants, and sundance square. The bed was comfortable. They had an air mattress for my kids that we put in front of the couch. The parking situation was tight, and we had free weekend parking. The apt. was about a block from the parking garage. It had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Ft Worth. Will was easy to connect with before and during our stay. We would stay here again if we needed to return to Ft Worth.

Great location, trendy and very clean
Adorable loft style place in the heart of downtown. You can walk to so many really great restaurants and bars. Entertainment in the area is great and for attractions like the stockyards and the museums is a quick uber ride away. The loft was decorated really beautifully and the host was great at communicating. Very clean with nice linens and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Only issue I personally had was the expensive parking. It was at no fault of the host, he gave great options for cheaper parking and even offered a reduced cost parking pass. I ended up renting a car mid-trip unexpectedly . Next time, I will be taking him up on the parking pass! I would stay again and probably will next year for the Fort Worth Rodeo finals! A must see if you never have!

This unit was perfect for us. We are a family of four and had just the right amount of space. It is close to everything ft worth has to offer. Parking was a little tricky, especially with lots of luggage but we made it. Definitely recommend!

Great stay in the heart of Downtown FW
This location is a gem. Right down town and in such a pretty area. The place was clean, great views and spacious. The bed was comfy and soft and I liked the overall feel of the place. Will was responsive and answered our questions promptly! The one thing I’d consider before staying is parking. We drove here and finding parking was a bit stressful at first but he does have accommodations for parking garages if neeeded. We found one outside and down the street and felt safe enough to park over night there. Not a bad issue whatsoever but something to consider is the parking situation! Overall, I’d definitely stay again and will if we are ever in FW area again!

Location, location, location
My husband and I stayed in this property for 4 nights. We were visiting family who lived in Fort Worth. The location was terrific. 10 minutes to the Cultural District where several Museums and the Botanic Gardens are located. 10 minutes to the Stockyards. Great restaurants and bars within easy walking of the apartment. The bed was fantastic! So comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.

Quick trip to see a concert in Arlington
My wife and I were in town to see a concert in Arlington and found this awesome place! The location is perfect because you can walk to great restaurants and bars in downtown Ft. Worth, and it was a quick drive over to Arlington for the show. The building itself very historic and the room was just as pictured, very clean, modern, with everything you need. The host is extremely responsive as well. We look forward to coming back next time we’re in DFW.

Great property in fantastic location
We had a great stay in this cool industrial loft. We loved the high ceilings, comfy couch, and large TV. The loft is stocked with everything you need, and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Seriously, I asked so many questions, and he patiently responded to all of them. The location is close to Sundance Square and many great restaurants. It was easy to get an Uber or to take use bus transportation one block over. In addition, having a CVS around the corner was super convenient. We hope to return to this property the next time we are in Fort Worth.
