Unfortunately, we had to travel over there for a funeral, but every time we stay there, it is an awesome stay we enjoy. Our luxury, you room our breakfast. All the staff does an excellent job.

Staff was friendly and easy checking in. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee and tea station for an afternoon pick me up.

The staff were very friendly and the pool area was clean and stocked with extra towels, it was perfect for my family and I. We will be back this summer and plan on booking here again.

The young lady that checked me in also checked me out. She was very nice and personable and she provided excellent customer service. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was the parking lot was full Saturday night and we had a hard time finsing a place to park. We have stayed at rhis location before and would definitely stay here again.

The pool smelled like swamp water, hot tub was very dirty and green/brown looking. Floor in breakfast area was sticky and syrup bottle was leaking because it was cracked.

The staff were very friendly although after a long day of travel, we never received complementary bottled water like I noticed, some of the other guests received. The breakfast was awesome. There was a large variety and coffee 24 hours. I would not recommend room 319 that was the room we were in and the bathroom door didn’t close. It was stuck on a roller. Thank God. It was only my husband and I in the room the other inconvenience was that there was a spotlight facing into our room from the roof once it was dark out. Thankfully, after our second night, I realized there was a shade that I could pull. All in all, it is an older building, but it was kept fairly clean and the staff were very nice. There was a park off the parking lot but I didn’t feel safe walking alone. The upside of the neighborhood there is an Albertsons grocery store a block away and also an Applebee’s which was very convenient. You could also order from restaurants further away through DoorDash.

The hotel is newly constructed and well-maintained, with a commendable cleanliness standard. They offer a variety of breakfast options which were satisfying. However, there was a drawback in terms of noise, possibly due to the central air conditioning system generating low-frequency noise behind the walls. Furthermore, despite booking a room with two queen beds, we were provided with a king bed instead. Upon inquiry, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. They did offer to cancel our reservation immediately if we desired.

Property was clean. We felt safe and secure. Upon entering our room the first time it was hot and we couldn't get the air conditioning below 76. We went back to front desk on our way out for the evening to alert them. When we returned after midnight it was nice and cool, so we were thrilled that it was able to be fixed!

The faucet in the bathroom came off in my hand when I turned the water on. The vending and ice machine area on floor 2: the ice machine gave no ice and there was no vending machine. Check in: required a call to the manager because they were overbooked. But the girl working the desk was very nice, polite, and worked it out. The breakfast was decent and the dining area was clean.

The fitness center had numerous pieces of equipment that did not work properly. The room had a television but no remote...the clerk had to go search for a remote that worked. Generally the place was clean.

Comfortable stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles in the shape of Texas). The room had a microwave and small fridge. The fitness room was run down and the treadmill did not work when I was there so not the best place to count on a workout. But other than that, great stay!

The staff was very courteous and helpful, the parking was great, the pool was great. The location is close to restaurants and a mall. The breakfast was ok, they had cheese omelette’s and sausage links but no waffles or biscuits and gravy.

It was a great location and everyone was friendly except one evening attendant. Had issues with coffee, fridge, no shampoo, had to ask for service in the room and that was adequate. I stayed here as it had a pool indoors for my grandson, but it was disgusting. He was pretty let down as this is always a family tradition to play at the pool. I was told after the fact that we could use the next door pool, but the weather was below 25 degrees and that was just not going to work for us. Laundry room also did not work. I was pretty let down other than the awesome daytime service I received from the desk.

I had prepaid for my room. When I checked in I was informed there would be a $25 deposit for each night. It would be refunded in 3-5 business days. The. If you wanted to use Wi-Fi you had to give them all your information or you would be charged. The shower door would not stay closed.
